It is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities, whether relaxing, sporting, business, cosy, cheerful or adventurous. The flat is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The 114 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with box-spring beds and a bathroom. The flat has a large covered terrace with table and chairs, free internet access (high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms), a flat-screen TV and a wallbox with 2 charging points.  
The accommodation offers space for five people. There is a car park on the property and additional free parking spaces on the street. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are available for you in the approx. 400 square metre garden.  Easy check-in with code lock. The holiday flat is lovingly furnished and always equipped with fresh bed linen (Estella Mako Jersey bed linen!) and towels.  The accommodation is cleaned weekly.
